Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospects through outbound efforts, including cold calls and emails
- Investigate target organizations and identify key decision-makers
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess prospect needs
- Collaborate with Account Executives to move qualified prospects through the sales funnel
- Track and report on weekly activity goals and identify improvement opportunities
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 6-12 months in a sales-related role, preferably in technology, SaaS, or EdTech
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
