Key Responsibilities

- Research and qualify leads to align with the ideal customer profile
- Schedule high-quality demos for the sales team and maintain CRM records
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative role or equivalent in B2B SaaS, fintech, or healthcare industries
- Experience with email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold calling
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
- Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs related to outreach and demo bookings
- Familiarity with brokers or SaaS solutions for healthcare/fintech is preferred
