A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to engage with executives and drive new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in Customer Experience Management and complete all training certifications
- Build relationships with field sales representatives to generate new pipeline through research and outreach
- Manage leads and forecast using Salesforce.com while collaborating with Marketing on events and campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 9+ months of outbound, B2B prospecting experience
- Experience prospecting into companies with $500M-$1B in revenue or in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to engage with customers at all organizational levels
- Excitement for learning Customer Experience Management
- Experience in a SaaS or IT company is preferred
