Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (Canada).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build non-profit prospect lists from an assigned account territory based on ideal customer profiles
  • Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls and email campaigns to generate interest and identify sales opportunities
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team, ensuring smooth information handover
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently and consistently achieve or exceed goals
  • Some experience with, or strong willingness to learn, sales databases and tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to engage closely with sales team members
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory
