Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their growth by qualifying leads and setting up demos.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rapidly follow up on inbound leads and schedule qualified demos with Account Executives
  • Collaborate with Marketing to convert interest from campaigns and events into sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate lead records and optimize lead qualification processes in the CRM
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows
  • Curiosity and active listening skills to understand customer decision-making
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer success is a plus
