Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive outreach and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive outbound prospecting across multiple sectors using email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Research and qualify new employer accounts to build a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline
  • Educate prospects on audiences, value propositions, and advertising solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally in SaaS, recruitment advertising, or digital media
  • A hunter mentality: persistent, resourceful, and motivated to open new doors
  • Proven track record in implementing qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDPICC
  • Experience using CRMs and sales engagement tools is a plus
  • Highly accountable, organized, and comfortable working independently
