Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales).
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to targeted prospects
- Engage prospects in consultative conversations to uncover challenges and opportunities
- Pre-book meetings for upcoming events across assigned accounts
- Capture, track, and manage leads using a parallel dialer and other prospecting tools
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of proven success in a cold calling SDR or inside sales role
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-setting targets
- Strong phone presence and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders over the phone
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience using power dialers, parallel dialers, and other calling specific tech
