Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to support its sales efforts and develop skills for a full-cycle sales role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential prospects over email and phone to qualify and set appointments for account executives
  • Identify target customers through various channels and maintain engagement with leads
  • Work closely with account executives and marketing to define strategies for outreach and achieve quarterly quotas


Required Qualifications
  • 6 months to 1 year of inbound/outbound sales experience, preferably in sales/startups
  • Able to quickly engage potential customers through multiple communication channels
  • Experience in managing time effectively to complete objectives
  • Accountability to metrics, often exceeding them
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy team environment
