Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads by engaging with families and students to assess their fit for services
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify new opportunities via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Schedule discovery calls for Enrollment Managers and collaborate with marketing and sales teams
Required Qualifications
- 0-2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a resilient mindset
- Ability to balance inbound responsiveness with outbound prospecting in a fast-paced environment
- Curious learner who adapts quickly and takes feedback effectively
