A company is looking for a Junior Sales Operations Analyst to manage sales compensation operations and support sales performance through analytics and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate and validate monthly and quarterly commissions, ensuring alignment with compensation plans
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance and compensation metrics
- Act as the primary point of contact for commission-related inquiries and resolve issues cross-functionally
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in compensation, data analytics, sales operations, or payroll
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
