Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain sales reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality and integrity

- Respond to sales support requests and partner with stakeholders to customize reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role, preferably in SaaS
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools
- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Experience with conversational intelligence tools is advantageous
