Key Responsibilities
- Administer sales and customer success automation systems, tools, and technology stack
- Build workflows through configuration of sales-related tools and software
- Provide CRM support for sales and success, including data integrity management and continuous improvement projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of sales operations or relevant operations experience
- Knowledge of software for sales teams and experience with HubSpot/CRM
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and address ambiguous challenges
- Strong resourcefulness and capability in executing detailed tasks
