Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Salesforce Application Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer-facing support and troubleshoot production issues
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure issues are resolved and closed
- Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation and track requests through JIRA
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- Experience supporting business-critical, enterprise applications
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and/or administration
- Experience reading/writing queries in MS SQL Server
- 1-2 years of experience with various SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
