Salesforce Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Associate to specialize in data analysis and support the Growth team.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate data, resolve conflicts, and maintain data integrity
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assist with data projects, including data scrubbing, importing, and deduplication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Salesforce Associate certification is highly desirable; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
• 1-2 years of Salesforce Admin/power user experience, preferably in a technology or startup environment
• Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, and CRM platforms like Salesforce
• Experience in the healthcare, medtech, or technology industry is a plus
