Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Salesforce Consulting Services and manage large-scale Salesforce implementation projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering custom solutions aligned with their needs
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals while collaborating with sales teams and contributing to the proposal process

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation services
• 5+ years of experience in presales, solution architect, and team management
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly in Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience managing remote resources and collaborating with cross-functional teams
