Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst- Salesforce (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and user needs
• Oversee user acceptance testing, including documentation and issue resolution
• Monitor project status, identify risks, and coordinate projects from concept to implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 3 years of experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems, or testing analysis
• Strong background in customer service and claims analysis
• Experience in call center environments and workflow improvement
• Hands-on experience with CXP is preferred
