Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst- Salesforce CPQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee productivity and customer experience
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements for projects and system enhancements
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ system solutions and conduct testing to ensure functionality

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Salesforce CPQ experience (minimum 2 years) preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or in a related role
• Proficiency in Salesforce system administration and experience with related tools like JIRA and SQL
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills
• Experience in agile and waterfall project management methodologies is preferred
