A company is looking for a Salesforce CRM Engineer II.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the CRM platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the CRM platform and enhance customer experiences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience as a CRM Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of CRM fundamentals and advanced features
- Experience supporting large-scale CRM implementations and upgrades
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM implementation, administration, and optimization
- Salesforce Developer 1 certification is required; II certification is a plus
