Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Salesforce Developer to support federal civilian agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce Lightning components and custom LWC using Apex and JavaScript
• Oversee the end-to-end architecture of the Salesforce Platform and integrations, ensuring best practices are followed
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, mentor junior developers, and lead the complete development process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience
• Valid Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certifications
• 10+ years of hands-on programming experience with Salesforce, including LWC and Apex
• 3+ years of experience implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Extensive understanding of Salesforce best practices, architecture, design, and security model
