Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Engineer focused on discovery and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery and planning phase of Salesforce optimization projects
• Audit and document existing Salesforce usage, configurations, and workflows
• Deliver a detailed discovery report with a mapping of current architecture and a suggested go-forward path

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform)
• Strong experience conducting discovery and scoping for Salesforce implementations or optimizations
• Familiarity with common Salesforce integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware, external databases)
• Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize features based on business impact
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Developer) are a plus
