Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Salesforce engineers, promoting continuous improvement and innovation
• Oversee the design, build, and maintenance of scalable Salesforce applications and integrations
• Drive technical delivery of key initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2 years in a technical leadership or management role
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL) and cloud platforms
• Proven track record in delivering complex Salesforce solutions in an enterprise environment
• Experience with agile development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and performance optimization
