Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist/Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment to support marketing automation operations
• Develop and implement customer journeys and manage data synchronization between Salesforce platforms
• Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring high adoption of Marketing Cloud features

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification preferred
• Two or more years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration or similar systems
• Two or more years of experience in higher education enterprise software support
• Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, AMPscript, CSS, and SQL preferred
• Strong project management skills and a positive attitude
