Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer with Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Implement and optimize case management, service console, and omni-channel routing in Service Cloud

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console)
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications preferred
• Recent professional consulting experience
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required
