Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager (Salesforce) to lead a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product teams to define and document solution requirements
• Design Salesforce solutions and maintain architectural documentation
• Lead and mentor Salesforce Developers, Admins, and QA Engineers

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud or Service Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and Apex customization
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
