Salesforce Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Salesforce/Sales Cloud).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including specifications, coding, and agile leadership
• Develop dynamic web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
• Lead a team of CRM Engineers and ensure system performance meets business expectations

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with end-to-end implementations on the Salesforce platform, particularly Sales Cloud
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in development technologies such as Apex/VF, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with API technologies and integration tools
• Understanding of release management, source control, and CI/CD concepts
