Salesforce Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Team Lead to join their technology team to enhance their Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, plan, and coordinate new/custom solutions within Salesforce
• Supervise and develop the technical capabilities of the Salesforce team
• Manage integration of Salesforce with various internal and external systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Experience with NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) configuration and best practices
• Proficiency in Flows, Lightning, and other Salesforce modules
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Certified Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst)
• Project Management Experience (PMP, CSM, SAFe preferred)
