Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Team Lead to join their technology team to enhance their Salesforce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, plan, and coordinate new/custom solutions within Salesforce
- Supervise and develop the technical capabilities of the Salesforce team
- Manage integration of Salesforce with various internal and external systems
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) configuration and best practices
- Proficiency in Flows, Lightning, and other Salesforce modules
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Certified Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst)
- Project Management Experience (PMP, CSM, SAFe preferred)
