Salesforce Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, utilizing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers, fostering collaboration and innovation
• Architect and design solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce developer with a proven track record
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or similar are highly desirable
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in Agile development environments
