Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers
• Architect and design solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities and implement data integration patterns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce developer
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or similar are highly desirable
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
