Sample Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sample Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sample management data cleaning activities and troubleshoot sample data processes
• Act as a liaison between sample management, central labs, clinical teams, and data management to resolve sample data issues
• Manage sample management activities for assigned studies to ensure timelines and objectives are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• 8-10 years of experience in clinical trials, clinical operations, or clinical data management
• Proficiency in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards related to sample handling and data integrity
