Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of medical office, call center, or customer service experience, or an Associate's Degree or higher
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
