Key Responsibilities

• Provide first level information and order support for veterinary clinics and retail partners
• Troubleshoot web order issues and clarify processes between partners and clinics
• Process nutrition prescription approvals and ensure accurate data entry

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of call center experience
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent computer skills, including the ability to multitask across multiple applications
