Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile transformation and practices, promoting accountability and transparency
• Facilitate sprint demos, planning, and retrospectives for multiple teams
• Track team velocity and communicate progress on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience
• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in the Scrum Master role
• Proficiency in Agile tools, specifically VersionOne
• Basic understanding of coding concepts and database management (SQL)
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles and CI/CD practices
