Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile project delivery and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint execution in Asana
• Guide the team in Agile principles and support onboarding of new members
• Monitor project progress and provide regular sprint health metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, with Scrum Master certification preferred
• Public Trust clearance required
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
• Hands-on experience with Asana or similar project management tools
