Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines while promoting Agile values and principles
• Coach the Scrum team in self-organization and effective communication, both internally and externally
• Facilitate all Scrum events and resolve team impediments to enhance the effectiveness of Scrum within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0 to 2 years of product or project development experience
• Knowledge of an agile framework or method (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience facilitating meetings at multiple organizational levels
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
