A company is looking for a Team Lead/Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide management guidance and direction to scrum teams in executing tasks
• Manage project resources and timelines, monitoring progress and ensuring contract compliance
• Act as the primary interface with clients, ensuring their needs are met within project scope

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience supporting software development programs
• 5 years of experience leading a program using LeSS or SAFe
• Strong experience as a Scrum Master with proven ability to lead scrum teams
• Experience managing scrum teams within VA and knowledge of VA's VIP management process
