Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Scrum Master to lead and optimize project delivery across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion agile methodologies and ensure productive Scrum events
• Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
• Entry-level Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I)
• Deep understanding of the Scrum framework and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Strong servant leadership and facilitation skills
