Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master (Virtual/Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile processes and guide teams in using Scrum practices
• Assist in planning and conducting sprint ceremonies
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum
• Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
• Experience using Microsoft tools (Teams, Visio, Word, Excel, etc.)
