Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Benefits Enrollment Coordinator (Seasonal).
Key Responsibilities
- Research and validate enrollment information and process enrollment transactions
- Make outbound calls to enrollees to obtain required enrollment information and handle member inquiries
- Analyze paper-based documentation to determine patient eligibility and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Demonstrated computer skills for Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Office Outlook)
- Ability to handle physical documents and maintain filing systems
- Experience with manual data entry tasks
- Willingness to participate in cross-training on various products and platforms
