Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Benefits Enrollment Coordinator (Seasonal).

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and validate enrollment information and process enrollment transactions
  • Make outbound calls to enrollees to obtain required enrollment information and handle member inquiries
  • Analyze paper-based documentation to determine patient eligibility and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Demonstrated computer skills for Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Office Outlook)
  • Ability to handle physical documents and maintain filing systems
  • Experience with manual data entry tasks
  • Willingness to participate in cross-training on various products and platforms
