Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Outbound Customer Service Representative to conduct scripted surveys from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to gather customer opinions and document responses
• Provide scripted information to customers during calls
• Utilize multiple systems while communicating with customers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to type 25 words per minute
• Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency
• Open availability for the duration of the season
• Must have a PC or laptop running Windows 10 and a dedicated workspace
