A company is looking for a Seasonal Consumer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer questions, requests, and complaints via phone, email, and SMS
- Process customer orders over the phone
- Educate and assist customers with product selection and purchases
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform data entry using Windows and cloud-based software
- Creative problem-solving skills to enhance customer experience
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, between 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM PT
- Seasonal availability for up to 6 months within a 12-month period
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen
