Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Consumer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer questions, requests, and complaints via phone, email, and SMS
• Process customer orders over the phone
• Educate and assist customers with product selection and purchases

Required Qualifications

• Ability to perform data entry using Windows and cloud-based software
• Creative problem-solving skills to enhance customer experience
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, between 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM PT
• Seasonal availability for up to 6 months within a 12-month period
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen
