Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Verifications Representative - Seasonal.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist Medicare or Value-based Care customers
• Educate customers on Value-based Care physician networks and schedule appointments as needed
• Document correspondence, process requests, and update account information accurately

Required Qualifications

• Must have a smartphone for authentication when logging into company tools
• Must be willing to complete typing assessments with a minimum requirement of 25 wpm
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a compatible internet connection (no mobile Wi-Fi, Verizon, or T-Mobile)
