Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seasonal Human Resources Coordinator to support the Recruiting & HR team with onboarding and off-boarding activities for the seasonal workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate remote seasonal onboarding and off-boarding efforts with the Recruiting & HR Team and Department Managers
- Process new hire and termination activities, including communications and HR systems updates
- Lead remote new employee orientation meetings and serve as the primary contact for onboarding HR questions
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting or HR
- Experience using an applicant tracking system and HRIS
- Proficient with Google Drive (Google docs, sheets, and slides)
