Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Human Resources Coordinator to support the Recruiting & HR team with onboarding and off-boarding activities for the seasonal workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate remote seasonal onboarding and off-boarding efforts with the Recruiting & HR Team and Department Managers
  • Process new hire and termination activities, including communications and HR systems updates
  • Lead remote new employee orientation meetings and serve as the primary contact for onboarding HR questions
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting or HR
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system and HRIS
  • Proficient with Google Drive (Google docs, sheets, and slides)
