Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seasonal HR Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 HR functional support to associates and managers via phone and email
- Document all inquiries and transactions in the HR Direct call tracking system
- Support execution of key HR processes such as payroll and benefits while meeting service delivery metrics
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a call center
- Pursuing or received a college degree is preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve goals
- Experience with HR systems and processes is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation
