Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support by answering and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues
- Utilize and maintain a ticketing system for documentation and incident management
- Participate in special projects and assist in training new technicians
Required Qualifications
- Student in Computer Science or related field
- Advanced English proficiency (C1)
- Intermediate knowledge of desktop environments and network platforms
- Experience in similar roles is a plus
- Certifications such as HDI Support Center Analyst or ITIL are a plus
