Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Tess Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Print and assemble tax returns using firm software tools and ensure all client deliverables are included
• Manage new client setup, tax organizers, and workflow reporting while meeting expectations for timeliness and accuracy
• Oversee the e-file process, ensuring timely release of tax returns to authorities and tracking acceptance and errors

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly master tax software and tools
• 0 to 3 years of related experience, with previous tax-related experience preferred
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
