Security Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Analyst to monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents while protecting the company's data and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents related to policy violations
• Analyze and investigate incidents to determine their nature and scope
• Document incidents and response activities in detail

Required Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of experience in information security or equivalent education/work experience
• 1 year of experience performing event and log analysis with security tools
• Knowledge of incident response lifecycles and common cyber-attacks
• Familiarity with network and host-based security applications and tools
• Experience with indicators of attack and compromise
