Security Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Automation Engineer to enhance their Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain security automation tools to improve MDR capabilities
• Integrate security tools into CI/CD pipelines to support MDR service agility
• Develop automated incident response playbooks to reduce mean time to respond during incidents

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in security engineering, focusing on automation
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Go, PowerShell)
• Experience with cloud platforms and their security services
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
• Solid understanding of network, operating system, and application security principles
