Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Engineer to enhance the security posture of cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth security and risk assessments for cloud-based services
• Collaborate with engineering teams to track progress on risk mitigation and ensure successful closure
• Leverage automation to streamline risk tracking, compliance validation, and remediation workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering, compliance, or cloud risk management
• CISSP certification or equivalent is required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline OR 5-7 years of relevant industry experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms and their security architecture
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in security assessments, threat modeling, and risk analysis
