Job Summary

A company is looking for a SelectKids Specialist to support children in state custody by providing essential healthcare coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for foster parents and DCS staff, offering guidance and support for timely care
• Facilitate prompt eligibility for newly placed children in state custody to ensure access to healthcare services
• Assess and triage member needs, connecting them to appropriate resources within the Population Health Team

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Agent Workspace and Facets systems preferred
• Ability to attend outreach events as needed
