Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to oversee bookkeeping services for clients in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up services for new clients and coordinate with international bookkeepers
• Supervise ongoing bookkeeping services and support bookkeepers as needed
• Potentially take on specialized roles or management tasks within the company

Required Qualifications

• Experience in accounting for multiple companies, with titles such as Controller or Senior Accountant being favorable
• Degree in accounting or a related field preferred, CPA or ProAdvisor certification is a plus
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with Excel; experience with other accounting software is beneficial
